Victory Tips #8 – Never Loose Your Wonder

20160409_145942The past few days, while chasing waterfalls around Table Mountain, I had numerous “Wow” moments as I realized (again) how ridiculously amazing it is to have a healthy, strong, fit body to explore the incredible running routes our city has to offer. Not to mention the many great people I get to share the experience with each week.

Sometimes (actually more often than some), we need to ignore the numbers flashing at us on our GPS/heart rate/power/cadence…10-in-one talking, beeping, wrist devices and embrace the beauty, fun, adventure, energy and simple WOW of running.

Next time you are out there, whether it be on the road or trail, remember to stop for a moment… and WONDER!
