BEGINNER 5K PROGRAM

By joining our 5k beginner program you will get

- the benefit of starting your running journey under the guidance of an expert coach

- opportunity to connect with other beginner runners
- the availability of the very experienced Coach Kathleen to answer all your running questions

Who is the program for?


- Beginner runners and novice runners 

- Those who are seeking a return to running after a lengthy layoff.

- Participants should currently be walkers or walk/joggers who are at around 7 minutes per kilometer or slower. 

- You will be required to exercise for 20 to 45 minutes, three times per week. The exercise session will be a combination of a run/walk session and strength exercises post run.

Days and Times:


Tuesday, Thursday: 6am 

Saturday: 6:30am


Next program starts Tuesday 2 February 2021


Venue: 

Constantia, Cape Town (the training location will vary on Saturdays as we explore different routes)

Cost: R750/6 weeks (only R40 per session!)
