Event Specific Training Plan
Congratulations
on making the decision to Trainsmart for your next event. We are here to help
ensure you reach the start line healthy, fit, excited and ready to achieve your
goals.
Our event
specific training plans range from 8 – 18 weeks. The recommended duration form
most events is 12 weeks. The best duration for you will however vary depending
on your training history, current fitness and goal. We recommend getting in
touch with us well in advance of your event so that we can best advise the
duration of your preparation.
What makes our training plans different?
- - Your training plan will be custom designed by Coach Kathleen to fit your personal goals, training history, schedule and time available to train.
- You will not be alone. You will have unlimited email access to Coach Kathleen for questions, troubleshooting and adjustments for those times when life happens.
- Coach Kathleen will be keeping an eye on your training to provide encouragement and guidance as you progress.
