Strength and Conditioning as well as fitness bootcamp classes 

WEEKLY CLASS SCHEDULE

Our classes are all held outdoors in Newlands, Cape Town. 

STRONG CAMP

Our strength classes are aimed at runners wanting to improve their all over strength, stability and mobility. 

Sessions are 45 minutes long.

Benefits include:

- improved running efficiency, 

- improved endurance

- improved speed and power

- more resistant to injury

We make use of bodyweight, resistance bands, medicine balls and weights. Sessions include a lot of variety to keep challenging your body in different ways and keep it fun and motivating.


FIT CAMP

Fit camp is for anyone looking for a challenging fitness and strength workout. 

Sessions are 45 minutes long and include a mix of cardio and strength to keep that heart rate pumping.

All levels are welcome! We will make sure you work out at your current fitness + a some challenge.
