Running Specific Strength and Mobility Training

Functional exercises to strengthen you to move well and improve as a runner. Exercises mostly make use of bodyweight and elastic bands.

Sessions are 60 minutes and take place @Bosch X Studios, 44 Belvedere Rd, Rondebosch, Cape Town RSA

Choose from 0ne-on-one and group options. Costs:

  • One-on-one: R350 per session or 10 sessions @R3000
  • Twos – You and a friend: R450 for both or 10 sessions @R4000
  • Threes – You and 2 friends: R540 per session for all 3 or 10 sessions at R4800
  • Group Training – 4 or more people: R100 per person per session

Running Technique Drill Sessions

Sessions are 30 minutes long and take place either at Keurboom Park, Rondebosch, Cape Town or can take place at any other close to you in the Southern Suburbs.

Choose from 0ne-on-one and group options. Costs:

  • One-on-one: R250 per session
  • Twos – You and a friend: R350 for both
  • Threes – You and 2 friends: R450 per session for all 3
  • Group Training – 4 or more people: R80 per person per session
