Runnercise is perfect for the running enthusiast who wants to get strong but does not like to miss a run or hang around in stuffy gym classes.

WHAT? – Runnercise is a combination of running and strength exercises done. A workout lasts 1 hour and you cover approximately 4km of running depending on fitness level and speed.

WHERE? – Sessions are held in and around the parks and greenbelts of Constantia, Cape Town

WHEN? – Friday mornings 6:30am (From 4 September 2020)

COST? – R150 per class or R600 for 6 classes

Outdoor Fitness Sessions (Cape Town, South Africa)

Outdoor personal training sessions tailored to meet your fitness needs and goals. No stuffy gyms and added membership fees.

Sessions are 45-60 minutes and are held at the following outdoor gyms:

  • Alphen Common Outdoor Gym
  • Newlands Forest Outdoor Gym

Individual or small group sessions (up to 4 people).

Pricing Individual:

  • 1 Session per week – R220 per session
  • 2 Sessions per week – R200 per session
  • 3 Sessions per week – R160 per session

*Sessions normally bought in monthly packages up front. Inquire for group packages.
