Running Strength and Conditioning

Strength and conditioning sessions to improve:

  • Balance and stability
  • Running form
  • Endurance
  • Fatigue resistance
  • Performance

Sessions are 45 minutes and are held at an outdoor area near you.

No stuffy gyms and added membership fees.

Individual or small group sessions (up to 4 people).

Pricing Individual:

  • 1 Session per week – R220 per session
  • 2 Sessions per week – R200 per session
  • 3 Sessions per week – R160 per session

*Sessions normally bought in monthly packages up front. Inquire for group packages.
