Sessions are 45 minutes and are held at an outdoor area near you.
No stuffy gyms and added membership fees.
Individual or small group sessions (up to 4 people).
- 1 Session per week – R220 per session
- 2 Sessions per week – R200 per session
- 3 Sessions per week – R160 per session
