The Swiftstride program is a 6 week in person coach guided program during which we will develop your running skills to be able to run faster, easier. 

Sessions are twice a week and will comprise of a variety of physical and mental skill exercises that will have you eating up those miles with a smile.

    Each session lasts 45 minutes. 

    1-on-1 and Group options available.

    Days and times to suite your schedule. 

    Various venues in Cape Town South and City.
